And we believe that inclusion starts even before hiring. thinking about way companies can be more inclusive both in terms of diversity and in adapting talent ,  is that  Cíd ia Dayara Vieira, I created HUMMA + . And together with Amanda Trinchão, we developed  this platform  totally focused on labor intermediation with lenses of race, gender, anti-capacitators in the quest to change lives and transform society.  

  The social impact we intend to achieve is linked to the SDG 8 , seeking to promote sustainable and inclusive economic development, full, dignified and productive employment. Decent work, humanized for everyone. Linked to Goal 8.2  seeking to achieve high levels of productivity through diversification and value addition. We are HUMMA+ , for one more hiring, for more humane jobs.  We believe that more than hiring, including is essential. We continue with our purpose of Humanizing relationships, transforming companies, changing lives.

Cídia Dayara Vieira

Executive Director, black feminist, anti-capacist, lawyer specializing in social security law, co-author of the Law of Minorities: Justice, Equity and Diversity, post-graduate student in Social Security Law, Master's student in Law at the Federal University of Bahia, member of the Commission for Women Lawyers and of the OAB/BA Racial Equality Promotion Commission.
